Nearly our new home

We contacted the community via their website and within a week we met with Mike. Together we toured the different houses that were available and learned more about the different floorpans. We fell in love with the Portsmouth floorpan. Initially however I had some problems accepting the exterior of the house. With some great persuasion on Joshus's side and some well done photoshop work, he had me quickly on board, too!

Originally we nearly bought this house which was available for move-in in July



Wir setzten uns mit Weaver's Pond in Verbindung und innerhalb einer Woche hatten wir einen Besichtigungstermin mit Mike. Gemeinsam sahen wir uns die Musterhäuser an und lernten mehr über die einzelnen Grundrisse. Der "Portsmouth" Grundriss war ohne Frage unser Favorit, allerdings hatte ich Probleme mit dem Äußeren Erscheinungsbild... Mit grosser Überredungskunst und einiger Arbeit in Photoshop hatte Josh auch mich schnell an Bord!
